Cancellation Policy

Our therapists carefully plan their time for you.                                                                48 hour advance notice is required for a single appointment cancellation and 7 days advance notice for spa packages and multiple appointments to avoid being charged in full.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to check in and enjoy our tranquil facilities.
